I´ve overeaten the last couple of days ( I know, I should be ashamed of myself. Actually, I kind of am) so today the scale showed disgusting 48.7 kg. I know I don´t "really" weigh that much and I had just eaten when I stepped on the scale but still, it´s intolerable. So now I´m focused, once again on 45. Until that´s the number the scale is showing all I´ll be eating is soup, broccoli and maybe some low-calorie beans.
Today I´ve been drinking lot´s of tea and a cup of soup = a total of 110 kcal. Keep it up.
