Broccoli, fish, cottage cheese, mushrooms (what a surprise, huh?!)
Green tea (I have lost count on how many cups of green tea I drink per day, it´s at least 8... )

I´ve calculated my total calorieintake to about 400. Amazingly enough I don´t feel hungry that often, and if I do my great friend Mr. Green Tea takes care of it!
