Ready, set, GO!
Midterms finished - check! So from now on there will be no more snacking, no more treats, no more greasy food for me - I need a serious detox. Starting from this moment I will try to keep my calorie intake to a minimum, and eat as freash food as possible. Oh, and lot´s of green tea which is said to not only boost the metabolism but also help keeping your skin fresh and clear, since it´s full of antioxidants. Stay strong, stay focused!

Inspiration of the day
Confession: It´s been a really bad week, foodwise. I could blame it on the fact that it´s "that time of the month" or me, or that I´ve got midterms = a lot of studing and snacking, but I won´t. I need to take controll over myself - nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. But hey, everyday is a new start, right?

Ashamed.
Why? I guess I´m not as strong as I used to be. Torrow is a new start - pages turned, bridges burned, lessons learned.
